What is the precision level of your machines? What tolerances can you achieve?
Our machines are engineered by 60 professional engineers with multi-stage QC. Typical dimensional tolerance for our CNC and panel processing equipment is ±0.1mm, with premium models achieving ±0.05mm. All machines undergo full-load testing before shipment. Are your machines CE and ISO certified? What standards do they comply with?

MOQ: For standard models with branding changes (logo, color, language), MOQ is typically 1 unit. For structural/engineering modifications, MOQ is negotiated based on complexity.

Can you adapt machines for non-standard wood sizes or specific processing workflows?

Common adaptations include wider/longer processing tables, custom spindle speeds, special clamping fixtures for irregular profiles, and integration with existing production line conveyors. Will my OEM design be kept confidential? Do you sign NDAs?
Absolutely. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) before sharing any design drawings or discussing exclusive customization projects. We have established long-term OEM partnerships with clients in Europe, North America and Southeast Asia, and strict confidentiality protocols are part of our standard cooperation process. Volume discounts apply to the total order value. For agents building a complete product catalog, we can also advise on model selection to cover different end-user segments.
Do you have exclusive regional agency or distribution programs?

Cross-Border Logistics & Shipping
What shipping methods do you use? What are the typical transit times?
We ship worldwide via sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and land transport. Typical transit times by region:

- ▸Europe: 25-35 days sea freight
- ▸North America: 20-30 days sea freight

We ship from Qingdao or Tianjin port. Expedited air freight is available for urgent spare parts orders.
What trade terms (Incoterms) do you support? FOB, CIF, DDP?
We support the following Incoterms 2020 trade terms:
FOB Qingdao is our most common term. For first-time buyers, we recommend CIF as we handle freight and insurance coordination. DDP is available for select destinations.
How is the machine packaged for export? Is it protected against moisture and damage?
Our standard export packaging process:

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
T/T is most common: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight is accepted for orders over $20,000 USD.
Is it safe to pay a deposit before production starts? How is my money protected?
Your investment is protected through multiple layers:

Can I get a proforma invoice before making payment?
Yes. A Proforma Invoice (PI) is always issued before any payment is made. The PI includes full machine specifications, unit price, total amount, payment terms, delivery timeline, port of loading, and bank details. This document is used by many buyers for internal approval, import license applications, and bank L/C applications. We can issue a PI within 24 hours of finalizing your order details.

What is the warranty period? What does it cover?
Standard warranty: 12 months from date of shipment (extendable to 24 months for key accounts).
Warranty coverage includes:

How do I order spare parts? How quickly can you ship them?
Every machine ships with a numbered parts catalog. To order spare parts:

- We confirm availability and price within 4 hours
- Parts ship via DHL/FedEx express within 1-3 business days
We maintain a comprehensive spare parts inventory for all current and legacy models. For critical production components, we recommend keeping a small stock of high-wear parts on-site.
What happens if the machine is damaged during shipping?
In the rare event of shipping damage:
- Document all damage with photos/video immediately upon receipt before unpacking
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt / Bill of Lading
- Contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence
- We coordinate with the shipping company and insurance provider
- Replacement parts or machines are arranged at no additional cost to you
We strongly recommend purchasing cargo insurance (available through us for CIF shipments). Our packaging is designed to minimize transit damage risk.

Can I visit your factory before placing an order?
Absolutely. We welcome factory visits and consider them an important part of building long-term trust. Our factory is located at:

Yes, we fully support third-party inspection. We cooperate with internationally recognized inspection agencies including:
We provide full cooperation: access to production floor, QC records, material certifications, and machine test runs. Inspection costs are typically borne by the buyer, but we facilitate scheduling and access.
Can I request a live video tour of the factory if I cannot visit in person?
Yes. We offer live video factory tours via WhatsApp, WeChat, Zoom or any platform you prefer. During the virtual tour, we walk you through the production workshop, CNC machining center, assembly area, QC testing zone and finished goods warehouse. We can also demonstrate specific machines in operation. Simply schedule a time with your sales contact and we'll arrange it within 48 hours.
